Our primary focus for 2009 is MEMBER BENEFITS
We will soon be confirming our initiatives for the new year, but the goal of providing tangible benefits to you, as a member of the Corrimal Chamber of Commerce, will be a pivotal component in those decisions.
BUY LOCAL CAMPAIGN
Hundreds of promotional stickers that promote the "BUY LOCAL" concept with the chamber's logo and web address have now been distributed throughout the region, and this initiative has been met with a warm reception.
All members are encouraged to support this program with inclusion on vehicles and shopfronts etc.
Everytime you buy locally you are helping create jobs and making the local economy stronger. Previous studies have shown that everyday as a community we spend considerable volumes of money outside our region.
The Buy Local campaign aims to curb this escape spending and increase awareness of the supply capability of the Corrimal Retail Sector and Business Hub.
Take the Buy Local pledge today:
"Proactively seek local suppliers for goods and services - use local suppliers wherever competitive".
Why not browse the Chamber's member listing and find out who your local suppliers are.
